modi and prachand talking about their secret plans

Dahal had described PM Modi's Nepal visit in August 2014 as a historic step. "Aapne na kewal Nepaliyon ke man ko chua hai, balki unke dilon ko bhi jeeta hai (you have won the hearts of people of Nepal)," Dahal, who is known as an old India critic, had then said.
DAHAL AN OLD INDIA CRITIC
Dahal or Prachanda, as he is famously known, has spent many years in India during 1996 to 2006 as his country witnessed tumultuous times while trying to work out a new Constitution and democratically elected government.
Polls were held in the Himalayan country in 2007 and Maoists emerged as single largest party. Dahal was elected as PM. Initially, he maintained a cordial relation India but his move to prefer China for his first foreign tour irked New Delhi.
He further called on to cancel all treaties signed between India and Nepal to be scrapped which further displeased New Delhi. Tension between the two countries increased when Dahal government decided to sack the then army chief Rookmangud Katawal. India was against this move. There was an internal conflict in the Nepali government over PM Dahal's arbitrary decision. He had to step down from the PM's chair and blamed India for it.
Relationship between India and Nepal dipped to an all time low after Prachanda's resignation. Without naming India, Dahal had then said, "We he would not stand foreign pressure. I would like to bring relations with China at the same level as those with India."
